This poem is about a relationship coming to an end.

All this pain is raging inside,
Because I realize I've been living a lie.
If I took away I love you, to show me how you feel,
Would you have other ways to prove your love is real?
Our love was once like an ocean
Flowing freely in the breeze,
But just as before, you weren't sure
If we were meant to be.
So you said you needed space and bolted for the door
I kissed you good-bye, and with tears in my eyes
Told you I would wait no more.
