Silence all the thoughts screaming in my head;
self medicate myself to sleep each night with all my meds.
No self strength is left to stay standing ahead.

Silence all falls, silence all the hits,
he keeps his fists closed... Closed enough to silence me...and fall.
Although his physical strength overpowered my inner strength;
I searched for any ounce of energy while I crawled
to free myself and fight back to regain what was of that inner strength.
