In the beginning......

this is the opening to my writing here at writing .com

This is the first thing i've written here. This (already) seems like i've finally found what i was looking for in a writing site!  There are so many sites for reading and writing "works", but few if any has delivered for me. I begin with a poem or rather, a synopsis of me.

                                  Light On The Darkside

                  So here I am,
                  together
                but in shards within,
                never knowing what the cause
                never ceasing in applause
                    and
                no concession beyond
                what's expected,
                still, i push on
                feeling what i feel
                dealing with what i deal
                    and
                not finding what it is
                i never lost.
