Forgotten

A poem about love and being forgotten.

How can you be glad
While I feel so sad
How can you sleep
While I cry and weep

Because I gave my heart to you
Showed you my feelings so true
I loved you from the start
But still you broke my heart

I'm lost in a sea of pain
I don't think I'll love again
Because to you it means nothing
But to me its my everything

Now this is for real
It's the reality I'll have to deal
But even now, I still grieve
I really just can't believe
