Everything has changed,
For better or worse,
I am transformed.

I am no longer
A confused kid
Trapped in the broken
Body of an adult.

My life has purpose—
Cause and effect,
Right and wrong,
A quiet joy.

These words I write,
The lives I touch,
The message I spread,
A truth in things.

Broken clarity rests
On a sunlit windowsill,
Burning away the pain,
Leaving only remnants.

The meaning hides within,
A spark of misplaced brilliance
In a generation undone.
Those who hear my voice
Have somehow been changed.

So have I—
This is my life,
Mine to give on these pages,
Yours to embrace
As a lesson in living.

I have nothing else,
Nothing to offer you
But this everything,
The only everything
I’ve ever been given.
