This was a poem that I wrote for how I was feeling about my family.

Family

What do you do when you hate those that were chosen for you
Do you try to find your own?
If you can you try
It is hard to find your own when you have been pushed down
By those that are suppose to love you
FAMILY

What do you do when you are so afraid of your own shadow
Do you just allow yourself to be scared?
If you can stop being afraid of your past that is
It is so hard to get over the past when its all you can see
By the past of those that were chosen for you
Family

What do you do when you cry out into the night for the pain you feel
Do you wipe away your own tears?
If you can find the strength to do so tell me how
I am so hurt by these people
The past hurts me
