10) What three of four things does this person value most in life?
1. Her family -- Why? At 125, she is still considered a child by society. This is also the age that most go to the Academy's to train in their field. Her father and grandfather are the only immediate family she knows outside of her twin Liliana. With the wars that come and go, she has seen friends loose brothers and sisters. She fears the day that she may loose one of the ones closest to her.

2. Sakura – her Faedrake Why? Upon arriving at her grandfathers estate, her awakening senses told her something was wrong. Using her sisters ability of "far-sight", they found the injured drake by a lake not to far from their grandfathers home. Isabella immediatly felt an unknown connection to this drake. It was later bestowed upon her that it wasn't chance, but fate that led her to Sakura. She later learns at the academy that all Elementalists own a companion in one of the following forms: drake, imp, demon, cat, hound, elemental being. It is also later learned that most do not find their companions until after their first year of schooling, making Saruka even more special to her.

3. Gaialys (name of the world) Why? Gaialys is the name of their world. Azulia is her birth home and Ryuma is the home she now lives. Their home has been under attack for years.
The Drow are constantly trying to take back the overland which they feel is "rightfully theirs". In over 1000 years, Drow have lived underground and it has not been recorded of them ever living above ground like other elves. Most Drow attacks start with the dwarven kingdoms as they become easier access to the higher elven kingdoms.
Isabella's grandfather speaks of an old prophecy stating that female twins born of the cold season would be able to save Gaialys form Drow corruption.

4. Becoming stronger Why? To succeed in completing number 3. While it is later known that their grandfather cast a nullifying spell on them after their mother died, we learn that both twins have outstanding powers. The nullifying spell wore off after their 125th birthday. But Azulia is also a city of low power. Their powers did not fully awaken until a visit to Ryuma (where magic is strong). Seeing how both Isabella and Liliana responded when the estate was threatened by a monstrous Hellhound, Kearo (grandfather) knew the prophecy had to be true.
Neither twin knows how to control their newly found powers. They need to go through vigorous training to learn control it before it consumes them.

Overall, Isabella has never ventured outside of Azulia in over a century. She does not know what lies outside of her home. She has yet to find if their is anything else worth valuing.

11) What three things does he fear most?
1. Being looked at as weak Why? When they enter the academy, they are classified as beginners. While they are stronger than most first years, they do not know how to control their powers. Some classmates see it as showing off when a spell goes bad or beyond the teachers expectations. Their classmates have known of their powers their whole lives, while Isabella knew she had powers, she did not know what they were. She sets forth to prove to everyone (and herself) that she is not to be called weak, just because she needs to learn from an elementary level what others her age already knew.

2. Death and Destruction Why? While elves do not die of old age, other elements can kill them. Isabella and Liliana never knew their mother. She died to an illness two months after they were born. Due to the war that was currently going on, a priestess from Ryuma was unable to come assist in the delivery. Complications to their birth made their mother very ill. Even though she was a priestess herself, they are unable to heal themselves.
Isabella also fears the Drows and monsters of the world. Battle is not easy to survive. Get sliced by a blade and it ends your life.
Immortal, yet mortal at the same time.

3. Finding herself alone in the world Why? Isabella has always had her twin by her side. She does not know what its like to be alone and does not want to find out. When she sees her sister fall in love with others, she fears that the man will take her sister away from her, leaving Isabella alone. She admits that she has corrupted past relationships of her twin without letting her sister find out.
Her sister was always the popular one among males. Isabella came to the conclusion that she would never find another. With that, in the back of her mind she always felt that if nobody could love her, nobody was allowed to love her sister.

12) What is this person's basic underlying attitude about life? She believe that all live is precious. But she has been know to have a bit of a tempter. Anyone that pisses her off does find their life in danger. This is not something Isabella consciously knows she is doing. The magic inside her takes hold on its own since it knows its master cannot keep control over it. This rage she eventually learns to control, bringing her to follow her traditional view on life. With the exception of killing and Drow that threatens those around her.

13) What does she need to know about another person in order to accept that other as "all right" and trustworthy? She doesn't find that many people trustworthy. While she will allow anyone to befriend her, she will not put her life in anyones hands but her own, or her sister. Even after finding love, she finds that while she trusts him, she is not sure if she really trusts him. While love can cause people to do foolish things, she tries not to let herself in those situations. Those that save her life gain trust instantly, while there are some that put her life at risk just to take advantage of her.

14)What would cause this person more pain than anything else possible? Her sister's death Why? Her sister is the closest person to her. Everything she has ever gone through, her sister was there by her side. Even though her sister is a priestess, they are unable to heal themselves. She goes through a lot trying to keep her sister out of harms way. A few times she thinks she has lost. This puts Isabella is mortal agony, allowing her powers to take advantage again and do as it pleases.

15) What would this person consider the most wonderful thing that could ever happen to her? Finding love Why? Isabella has never been loved before. The only love she ever received was family love and care from her friends. In 11-3 it is known that Isabella is not the popular one among males. Most men are afraid of her assertiveness so they keep their distance. Isabella believe men that can't take her for what she is are considered weak.
After 125 years of no love, she does find a beginning to love. A Knight admires her for who she really is, when no one else in the past ever considered her.
