everyone has inner demons...right?

One by one, it has begun. 
    Time to cause them to run.
      Now for them to look and see,
            they have no power over me.
              Time for me to know  the truth,
                  to slay the demons of my youth. 
                    With God with me at  my side,
                        no longer having to run and hide
                            from the things that cause me fear,
                              now if my soul would only be clear
