Dance in Death’s pall

Catch in the wind
Steel wings commanding
Bent to the will
Of the pilot's demanding

Guns:  Back!
Range:  Gaining.
Smoke:  Black.
Stick:  Reigning.

Target on screen
Caught in the Cross
Red light to green
The enemy’s loss

Guns:  Off.
Range:  Naught.
Smoke,  Cough.
Stick:  Hot.

Aflame like the sun
The hero has died
