Once More describes a girl's effort to try once more at what she wants most... love

Once more I think I'll ask her to stand in the rain
to dance her dance of sorrows past
to look towards the sky once more
so much water, kept in her veins
that she is sure the fire
no longer has flames
how can it be, once so strong as she
has fallen to her knees in pain?
I think I'll ask her once more
to perform her dance, before she falls to the floor.
