Goodbye (2)

Written after a break up

I see it now
The bright beautiful light
Coming towards me
Asking me to come in.
I look back
Just on last time
And there I see
My helpless body
Lying on the floor.
Blood all around me
Deep cuts to my wrist
Tears are still coming down
From my bloodshot eyes.
My parents come rushing in
To my lifeless body
Tears come pouring down like the rain
From my mother's eyes.
I start to cry
Knowing I'll never see them again
Or anybody else
That mattered most to me.
But there's a note
I left behind
Saying the reason I did this
And to give them my last goodbye.
