Scared

innermost feelings and panic

Im sitting here now and all the old feelings are all flooding back.
its bubbling away inside of me and its going to explode
so much anger, tears, hatred and sadness
i can feel myself reaching out but NO!
I snatch my hand back,
No! i am not going to fall back into that bottomless pit
i cry, but it doesnt help,
i still feel the pain,
i reach in and try and find just a small scrap of happiness
but my hands are empty
I am a person
i am scared.
