Depression Sets In

I wrote this in 8th grade. Now I'm in 10th so it's pretty old O.O

Why did I ever think that I was the only one you loved?
I was just too stupid to not realize you love someone else.
I'll never be like her and I know that she's better than me.
Tears run silently down my face and I
Gulp down the sobs that rack my small fragile body.
The depression sets in so fast I can't breathe.
How could this have happened to me?
I knew my luck was too good to be true.
I love no one else and that means
I'll be lonely for the rest of my
Miserable life.
Depression sets in.
