A poem written to my lost unborn baby.

Oh my precious darling,
Please I hope you understand,
I would have dealt with all the pain,
As long as I knew I'd have you inside.
I know I told you to hang on,
I know that you stayed strong.
I never wanted you to feel rejection,
Regret is something I never had.
My body just couldn't carry you,
Though my heart will never let go.
Oh my precious darling,
I'll love you forever and always,
Please I hope you'll always know.
