Bile and lies
Nest in my throat
Acting as a stopper for truth

Completely open
And guarded
On this new horizon of conflict

So full
Exploding
Corroding my reason

I want to but I can't
I need to but I can't

Bleeding out my eyes
Overexertion from holding back tears

I'm eating these sirens by the mouthful

I can't stop.
