Angel's Crying

poem based off of a song title...one of my oddly violent moments

Come follow me
And you will see
Angels crying
Beings dying

Blood covers the ground
Bodies lying all around
Love so far away
Torment is here to stay

So close yet so far
Like the twinkle of a star
Watch the death and decay
As evil begins to play

Only good of course
Can match this evil force
But all have tried
And all have died

Is the world now doomed
To lay here entombed
In its own vain
And die with all the pain

The world and its beings caused all this
Thinking they were in bliss
Oh they were fools
Now their blood lay in pools

Bodies mangled and torn
Evil has been born
Blades shine and gleam
As blood flows in a stream

What a horrible sight to see
If you follow me
Angels crying
Beings dying
