Lost

It shows a feeling of displacement

Am I lost in a world I can't call my own

Distraught by the faces that pass me by

A scar on the body of a giant

Am I seen by the aliens of this Galaxy

Am I understood to be a stranger

Or is this the world it's always been

With the same people I've always seen

Leaving me to be the alien

The one who doesn't belong

Am I the one with the distraught face

Am I in the wrong galaxy

Or am I just dreaming my life away

Into the abiss of my mind

Into the endless memories of fiction, fairytale, and fantasy
