Nature often helps bring closure to broken dreams...then contentment

Cities dull hum echoes in crisp morning air
  Lorikeets shrill cries trill
  Lemon blossoms leaden nectar
                ATTACKED
                    Full,
                  Replete
            Flight fright flee

                    LOST
    Lonely; dreams dashed
Slow, images flash lethargically
                  DENIED
                Happiness
                      Love
            Fright flee flight

        Sensual sun shines
      Soft caressing warmth
      Soothing sad melancholy
                    PAIN
                Acceptance
                Knowledge
            Stand fight survive
