Constantly
reminded
of how you were
torn out
of my arms.

Constantly
reminded
of your silence.
Here
but gone

Constantly
reminded
of my loss.
Selfish pain;
My heart bleeds

Constantly
reminded
of eternity alone
by the knot
that I wear.

Constantly
reminded
every time I
look in the
mirror.
