Lost

A song I wrote: Lyrically based, but...yeah :-)

everything seems so cloudy and hidden
my mind lost in thoughts that have led me
to a corner, where I just stare
into the dark blue rhythms of what seems to be there

unresponsive and blank i may seem
but this is the place where i know i can’t be
where the fear of fact takes over my body
but what i am searching for isn’t in anybody

although lost i still will find
the place i need to go to be free
the place where everything seems fair
where conversation and ideas can be shared

that place is you, my father
there’s nothing more I can wish for
seeing is believing, and this you have shown
that in this world
i am not alone.
