Immortality

Thoughts beyond thoughts
Dreams beyond dreams
So much to look forward to
So much to lose

Hopes within hopes
Wishes within wishes
This we made
Thus we fade

Stone in stone
Words in words
We hurt and don't know why
We feel and we cry

Winds meet winds
Oceans meet oceans
Shadows surround
Stars and souls are found

Sun burns sun
Moon burns moon
If you'll forever be
You'll never be free
