Reflections

This poem seeks to address memories & heavy thinking!

Yesterdays drift in and out of my mind
People from the past- events that were a blast
Some crazy- others filled with introspection
Yet all falling within that place called reflection
Fears of what was; hope of things to gain
Push their way through my heart again and again
My heart seeks to identify any needed correction
As my mind remains engaged in its process of reflection!
