"No Goodbye"

A result of an emotional rollercoaster of which I experienced during the year of 2006

She closed her eyes,
she spoke no words.
Her motionless body,
made my stomach curve.

I tried to scream,
but when I opened my mouth'
nothing came out,and
that spooked me out.

I couldn't believe,
this happened to me.
To see my grandma,
passing from me.

It wasn't as if,
she had forgatten up to leave.
It was actually like,
she abandoned me.

I feel the same
feeling every night.
I think the same
thoughts throughout the night.

I hold back tears
and fight my sleep.
Because all I can
think about is how
my grandma never said
goodbye to me.
