This battle wages in my head every day

Double Edged Sword


Outside... smaller
Inside.... LARGER
The battle continuous

Outside..... smaller
Mirrors reflect
new and improved
I see
Normal, healthy, vibrant, confident

Inside.... LARGER
Mirrors reflect
old, in need of repair
I see
Fear, shame, hopeless, dispare

Changing inside thinking
to outside thinking
is a double edged sword

Never wanting to forget
LARGER
Wanting to Live
smaller

The battle to strike balance
continuous
