Life without any pelf is hardly living at all.

I have $4 left in the bank, none on me.
Lost my job,
Struggling through school,
Rent is due,
Out of cigarettes,
Out of gas,
I need tires for my car,
I haven’t ate for days,
Lost a lot of weight,
My shoes are falling apart,
No money to take my girlfriend out,
I haven’t talked to my friends in days,
Stomach pains are ripping me apart,
Don’t even get me started on my depression,
Need to get accepted to a literary magazine,


Guess it is just one of those days.
