| This is my how to make Swiss Cookies, This is a family recipe and the cookies are delicious. 1. Get 6 eggs. 2. Find a 1/2 pound of butter. 3. Finely grate 1 lemon rind 4. Get a small pinch of cinnamon. 5. Find 1 pound of flour 6. Cream the sugar and eggs together 7. Add the lemon rind and cinnamon 8. Add melted butter and flour alternately. 9. Let the dough refrigerate for 3-4 hours. 10. Cook on a bratzel iron. 11. Enjoy the cookies. (warning these go fast) |
