Goodbye dear friend,
for I love you so;
But the time has come,
to let you go.

You never loved me,
Or even cared;
I thought we had something,
with all the things we shared.

I wanted you badly,
waiting for you to come around;
feeling so good,
with the love I found.

But there were nights,
I would know,
You didnt feel the same,
not letting my feelings show.

Wanting to be friend's
this was all you could give;
Being with me when you wanted,
This isnt how I wanted to live

The time has come to let you go,
