Awash with emotion,
I feel my tears,
Lining my face,
For all to see,

I long to be,
Hard inside,
Like I once was,
Strong as steel,

To repel the feelings,
O fear anger hate,
And love myself ,
Ha! Too late,

To work to process and succeed,
I wish I were that
Of a machine.
