The thing I wanted most
Always out of reach
Waiting for it
Hoping

as emotions flowed
Across stark white
I waited for it
Hoping

Reaching out in darkness
Seizing the light
I couldnt wait
Hoping

Elusive song
My haunting melody
I wait again
Hoping

Lost dreams
Stolen memories
Forever waiting
