This is a poem about magic's domination. |
| Sunbeams flash from the moon, Illuminating, But darkening In the still of the night, And in the tainted core Of magic. But what are we to do? I wonder as I dance In circles, Eyes chained to the Deadly green fire, Hands linked in A fence of taboos and fears Under the thunderclouds, Beneath Threatening lightning bolts of punishment. So I dance and chant And crave magic once again, For true power always leaves You hungry for more. |
