Mom you are the strength I need,
And the wisdom I long for.
I follow your lead,
As I walk through the war.

You are the light that shines on me,
When I smile the way you told me to.
You are sweet sugar I put in my tea,
Every time I think of you.

I just want you to know,
That I deeply care.
I hope that, I will see you tomorrow,
Because when I am with you, life is fair.
