A Poem I wrote During A Particularly Bad Phase Of My Life

Frozen inside,
Dead to the world,
Never to be loved,

Pushed aside,
Lying here,
Farther away i'm shoved.

Lonely past,
Lonely present,
Lonely future certain,

Sick of pain,
Killing me,
Someone lift my burden.

Blissful dreams,
Joyfull sleep,
With me every night,

Waking up,
Alone again,
Rapture out of sight.

Crying now,
Vision blurred,
She is all i see,

Golden hair,
Sapphire eyes,
Never to be free...
