I think of you and like a river, memories flow into my mind
When you gave me hope
When I had none
Believed in me
When it felt like no one cared
You were strong
When my world fell apart
Laughed
Just to see me smile

You are the stranger that looked through my darkness and found the light
you said "trust me"
and I followed you

Now we share a bond that can't be undone
You are my hope, you are my strength
