Exellent story! Grammer was perfect. Using the magic 3 or figurtive language some more will really improve any story. Other than that two thumbs way up for this story. And also the flashback was a really nice touch to the story. The story almost had a hint of irony so its just my opinion that you try to add it to your stories.
