This is a really sweet poem.. I wish I could write one like this to my husband when we reach our 39th anniversary!! He sure is lucky :) My favorite lines:

"From the shackles of my mind you set me free,

You did this with a gentle strength and your love for me."


Rhyme: The rhymes are very good, and I haven't found any forced rhymes here. Good work.

Rhythm: A simple, easy-to-follow rhythm that makes the poem easy to read and captures the emotion very well.

Sp/Grammar errors: I didn't find any...

Overall: Wonderful, loving, simple, sweet poem!!
