Oh my gosh, Sherrie, your story is almost like mine, only my Dad had passed on the day before Thanksgiving in 1999. My Mom passed July 21, 2003, two months before yours.

The pain NEVER goes away, does it? And our song is the SAME one as yours! My heart will go on. And it has, but never quite the same.

Thanks for such a beautiful piece of remembrance that most will, if they haven't already, know exactly what you mean.
