I love it! It has great rhythm and the words flow together perfectly. You have a way with words for sure. I like the last stanza the best.

Simple and well done. I would recommend you continue to expand the poem. You really caught my attention with the first line and the repetition at the end was a nice touch! A great topic as well, one that is hard to write about, but you executed it magnificently with few words. A great job at capturing emotions.
