For an outline, this is great! It would make a good story. You seem to have it planned out very well. You just need to find a way to put all your thoughts together to start peicing the story together. You could probably come up with some great characters!
There was one typing error I saw in the last few lines of "Aliance of Free Planets". Should "quash" be squash?
I would love to read the story that comes out of this outline. It sounds like it would be very interesting!
