I thought this was a really nice piece. I'm 18 and, like the care free teenager of yesteryear in your piece, live a day by day existence trying desperately not to think of what the future holds. But at the same time sense the inevitability of all that lies ahead of me. It is therefore very interesting to see something written from the other perspective. I loved the descriptions of the beach and especially how the image shifted seamlessly into that of cars in a parking lot. Keep up the good work sincerely MilleniumHome
