I totally enjoyed your story. Loved the build-up and the young man's series of unfortunate events. Your writing built a picture in my head. I could see the apartment and it's decline into chaos. The ending was a delight. That's my overall impression.

I don't have any tips for improvement. It was entertaining, and I wish I'd thought of it. Cute.
