First of all, I dig the name "Charles Hemingway von Liechtenstein". Suggestive and inspired! One possible problem that I noticed, not sure if it was just intentional language, was when Anna says "...and were wondering your, uh, your focus." Maybe something like "...and we were wondering, what is your, uh, your focus?" I liked the comment about the associate’s degree in Liberal Arts... you're not speaking from personal experience her, are you? Most of all, I love the character. Very querky and comical. I also liked the slant on the theme "Charles liked change" with "Charles liked nails".
