I think that the lyrics to this song are beautiful. It is very personal and emotional, yet something that many peoplel can identify with. The only thing that I would suggest is to possibly play with the format. Sometimes it sounds too forced when you rhyme all the words at the end of every sentence. Maybe rhyme every other sentence or when it's really necessary.
