As I say in pretty much all of my reviews, I'm not one to critique on grammar or structure, or anything along those lines.

However, I will say the content is amazing. Everyone has those days described in the poem, therefore it is very relateable. For those out there who think they are alone in their own "Darkest Days", I hope they see this and realize that they are not alone. Because realizing you are not alone is a big help toward recovery from their "Darkest Days".
