Beautifully written! I certainly learned a lot about Moldova, which I didn't really know much at all about. I like how you wound in some mythology, that really sets the atmosphere I think. I always find footnotes a little distracting, but totally understand why you included them.
I get the numbers for the dates and order they were written in but was a bit confused with the numbers starting every line. I found them a bit distracting from the flow of the poetry, but maybe there is a reason for them? Otherwise, I really enjoyed the poetry. Beautiful, stark imagery that sparks emotion and connection.

I feel Lilith's pain. I too have been on the merry-go-round of psychiatric care for many, many years. Just today they decided to add two new meds. Part of me doesn't want to even try them, but part of me just wants so desperately to feel better that it is tempting. I figure how much more hellish can it really get? But I'm often surprised by the answer to that.
