I can't be bothered to nitpick your generally awesome writing, so I'll just say that I liked that bathtub culture thing. And that Wall idea. In fact I love your entire world. You could have been less-heavy handed and more ambiguous in your units and dating system. Yes, that might leave readers confused but it aids in immersion. I personally like being confused, to a degree.
