I have just read this piece and found myself captivated. I was interrupted a couple of times while reading it and couldn't wait to get back to it. The twist at the end I did not see coming. I thought I had it worked out, but I was wrong. This was a very enjoyable read. I would have loved the story to have been longer and gone into more of what the main character could see and achieve, however, in hindsight it left me feeling that I had really got to know him, and extending the story may (or may not) have been detrimental. I will certainly look out for more of your work to read.
