Wow, that was an attention grabber, i must say, cool! so many questions, so little time, you must write more, the only real criticism i can make is that the U.S. would never outsource like that, but hey it's your story right? Psionics has been done before, but then, hey, hasn't everything, just keep at it, because this is awesome.
