The Good: The narrator's tendency to ramble perfectly fits a character with a name like "Crazy Eddie", I especially like the part with Bosco, which while not important, was funny. I think the point he's trying to make, that people need to stop ignoring people like him, is a good.
The Bad: He talks a lot about the plan, but there isn't really anything to hint at what it might be. I want to see more of the aftermath that makes the police so confused. Just telling me doesn't really cut it.
That said, I'm looking forward to seeing where this goes.
