i really like this one. its easy to understand and yet can be taken many different ways. i got lost with the rhyme scheme once or twice but thats okay. other then that it flowed very nicely.

wow, this poem is very effective for the reader and even though not many of us have lost our mothers, we have all lost somebody, so we all feel each others pain, and we can all feel your poem. and that is the greatest sign that you have written a good poem.

i guess i am atheist, its hard for me to explain my point of view on this topic. i do not believe in god, but also its hard for me to believe in the big bang, and evolution theories. i guess i just need for another weird scientist to come along and say that the world was created by intelligent life, but not by a god.

this little song reminds me so much of my big sister.she wants to grow a big garden in our backyard and have her friends oversleep in it during the summer. i also loved the hippie references that made their way in there. and your right, if people would stop fighting, then there wouldnt be anything to fight for anymore.

i thought it was interesting when the president talked about "rules" in fighting, in the end i think that war in itself is out of control, drug wars, gang wars, every type of war is brutal and disobeys the rules of humanity and existance. but thats just a side story, the irony of how fear of terrorism created even more terrorism is the main point, and i appretiate your notification of the issue.
