Holy god, that last line...wow...I clicked on this as it was in the list under my portfolio, and the flip side of the coin is that I am the mother but I was the addict, and what terrible irony that my own son was killed by a drunk driver in 2013, it is a terrible disease and my heart goes out to you. I can feel what you are going through and how you're hurting. God be with you, and with your boy.
